I realize that this is really late, however, I just discovered it a few minutes ago. From 2:00 to 3:30 today (Sunday 2/13) PBS Great Performances is presenting "Harlem in Montmarte." The description is: A black expatriate community forms in Paris' Montmarte district, following the signing of the Treaty of Versailles.
They typically rebroadcast Great Performances programs, however, Sunday is usually the rebroadcast.
Thanks for noting this, Jonathan. I missed it, unfortunately. I checked the PBS website, and it's going to be re-broadcast Friday 2/18...at 3:30 a.m.! I guess that means Thursday late-night? Anyway, here's a link (below) to a preview of the show. You'll notice on the right side of the page links to some interviews with Tyler Stovall too.
